Agen69 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms governing your use of the agen69 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the agen69 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use agen69's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the management of agen69 ("Platform"). Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
Agen69's services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use these services in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on agen69. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Inaccurate or false information may result in account verification being rejected or the account being closed. agen69 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time in order to comply with know-your-customer requirements.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Agen69 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Users who breach any provision of these terms.
- Accounts identified as engaging in fraud, market manipulation, or suspicious activity.
- Users using automated software, bots, or unauthorised methods to access the platform.
- Users found to be under the required age at the time of registration.
- At the user's own request to close their account.
Any valid remaining balance in an account closed at the user's request will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with agen69's standard procedures, subject to successful identity verification.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the agen69 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. agen69 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from a user's use of the platform.
Users agree not to:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes or any form of illegal activity.
- Sharing login credentials (username and password) with any other party.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security and integrity of agen69's systems.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through illegitimate means, including opening multiple accounts or coordinating with other users to exploit offers.
- Posting seditious, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details. agen69 will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account information.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the agen69 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to them personally. agen69 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of any user.
Deposit
The minimum and maximum deposit amounts permitted are as stated in the platform's payment section at the relevant time. All deposits are subject to verification, and agen69 reserves the right to reject or reverse any suspicious deposits. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method, though agen69 endeavours to process all deposits promptly.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Prior to processing the first withdrawal, users may be required to submit identity verification documents. agen69 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until full verification has been successfully completed.
Promotions & Betting Terms
All promotions, bonuses, and special offers provided by agen69 are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements and additional terms specified with each offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully met. agen69 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Agen69 provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, freedom from technical errors, or freedom from viruses. agen69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
In no event shall agen69's maximum total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the agen69 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, source code, and trade names — is the exclusive property of agen69 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of agen69.
Third-Party Links
The agen69 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. agen69 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Links provided are solely for the user's convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or approval of any third-party content.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Amend
Agen69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our absolute discretion. Notice of changes will be provided on the platform by displaying the updated version of the terms. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties before any legal action is pursued.
Severability
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
